My aim with this site is to provide many tutorials and helpful hints in many aspects of computer programming. The page will be focused around your ideas and information. If you find a certain method of doing something better, or you have written a superfast routine that you want to share, then you can. You could write your own article on a subject that many find difficult, or maybe write an article on efficient RAD.
You can also ask programming related questions. I will try my best to answer them, but if I can't then I will leave them up on the Message Board until someone fixes the problem. When someone finds a solution to an answer, the person who wrote the question will be informed of the answer by e-mail and the answer will be posted along with the question on this site (in article form with appropriate credit given).
If you are new to programming, you can find out where you can get some basic programming tools for creating simple programs. Follow this link to 'so you want to be a nerd?'. The link will also lead you to beginner tutorials.
At the moment, this page is under heavy construction. I will be synchronizing my image of this site with the server every day or so. If any links do not work (ie. an Error 404 - File Not Found, not a screen that just says File Not Found!) then please e-mail me about it.
I hope you enjoy this easy-to-use web site. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to ask.

| 10/10/98 | Created images to go on under contruction pages. Uploaded most recent version of the site onto the server. Found some problems in finding files. Finally worked out that FortuneCity only accepts filenames in lower case. Looked around for a better web hosting deal. None found. FortuneCity is the best Free Web Hosting service that I have found. Created space for the MusicMan - a small piece of code that lets you play background music. Also created space for the AdBar - this gives advertisements to pages in The Nerd's Domain and other commercial advertisements. |

| 07/10/98 | Started creation of new scrollbar for the site. ActiveX control - CoolScrollBar. Updated the Home Page to have a more sensible approach to an introduction - still not perfect though. |
| 07/10/98 | Fixed all problems with IFRAMEs and the sidebar, I rearranged the hierarchy of the IFRAMEs. Updated the graphics - bigger downloads. Started on Contact The Nerd form, not finished and no way near functional. |

| 05/10/98 | Web site coming together. Fixed most of the IFRAME bugs - trial and error. Only got the Home Page up and running. Lots of bugs with the SideBar - doesn't even work. |
| 03/10/98 | Signed up for 20MB of web space at FortuneCity. Started on web site using IFRAMEs and a simple background graphic. Nothing works, IFRAME in wrong place, no user interaction available, a very useless site at the moment. Nothing uploaded to server yet though. |
